Hylomar Ltd manufactures a wide range of high performance sealants and adhesives used by many of the leading OEM’s in the world of automotive, aerospace, white goods, power generation/distribution, electronics/photonics and general engineering. Hylomar products are also widely used and respected in the automotive, aerospace and industrial aftermarkets with Hylomar Universal Blue and Hylomar M (Light, Medium, Heavy) being the leading non-setting gasket & jointing compounds in the world. Hylomar Aerograde, Aerograde Ultra and Advanced Formulation are specified by various aero-engine manufacturers; including Rolls-Royce and Pratt & Whitney. HYLO®FLEX MS60 is a flexible, high strength sealant and adhesive that is suitable for a wide range of applications. Unlike silicone sealants HYLO®FLEX MS60 can be painted over with most acrylic and alkyd paints and is hazard free. The product can be used indoor or outdoors for sealing and/or bonding almost any material. Shore A hardness 060º.

Instructions for use: The substrates should be clean and free from dust and grease. The product can be applied to the substrate in dots or stripes. The two surfaces should be mated together within the skin time shown above (note that the skin time will decrease in hot or humid environments). Gently clamp/fix the substrates together and allow for the product to harden (usually 24 hours for full cure). Residues can be removed with a suitable solvent. Apply between 5ºC (41ºF) and 30ºC (86ºF).
